TUDOR HOUSE WITH BIG POOL IN SUSSEX Pennybridge Farm is an ideal family house, set in 55 splendid acres of farmland with a heated 40-foot swimming pool and a duck pond. Children are most welcome. There is a large garden for romping, a playroom, a barn with table tennis, a baby grand piano as well as an upright piano and satellite TV. Furnishings are informal, yet
stylish, an eclectic mix of antique and 20th century pieces, and lots of
beamed ceilings (some quite low). The kitchen/dining room is especially
inviting. The village of Wadhurst is just 2 miles away and London
about an hour. Locally there is a fishing school and sailing club at
a nearby reservoir, riding, golf and plenty of sightseeing possibilities,
including some of England's finest stately homes and gardens, Chartwell (former residence of Winston Churchill), Leeds Castle, and
others. Pennybridge has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Cleaning service is included two mornings a week.
