A unique private estate set into the cliff above the sea with fabulous views of the  bay of Positano.,Capri and the Amalfi coastline comprising upscale accommodations set amid magnificent gardens filled  with olive, lemon, tangerine and pomegranate trees and glorious flowers.  There are seven deluxe, private dwellings within this large gated estate. At Home Abroad is pleased to offer three , described below, each handsomely furnished and each with panoramic views  From the top, there are 80 steps down to reach the gardens and the properties.  For those who are fit and energetic, there are another 200 steps leading down to the sea and small beach as well as a path to the dipping pool for estate residents.. The property is located in the heart of Positano minutes away from the well known Hotel Sireneuse.  There is a bus stop at the top of the road.  You will need to garage your car as the narrow streets of Positano are one way with little or no parking.  Positano is a “walking town” with an incredible view at every turn.

Maid/cook service is available on arrangement.  Each property has free Wi-Fi access, air-conditioned bedrooms .kitchenette , telephone, and satellite (SKY) TV.  Security deposits are required against breakage damage, loss, air-conditioning and/or heating, and phone. English speaking manager is available for assistance during your stay.  Saturday-Saturday Rentals.

A romantic, medieval tower dating back to the 13th century, one of a string of similar watch towers which dot the Italian coast from Sicily to Tuscany , many of which have been converted to private homes. This particular tower , with its 6ft thick walls, circular rooms and beautiful full overlooking the sea, is surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is perfect for one or two couples or a small family.  The main wing has a circular rooftop terrace, main sitting room-cum-bedroom with king-size bed, sitting area, large fireplace , and small refrigerator and hot plate for breakfast use. Just below the sitting room is a spacious, elegant bathroom.  The  annex houses a garden dining terrace and adjoining solarium for sunbathing, lovely sitting room with sofa bed for two, full bathroom and a fitted kitchen. No washing machine, but the maid can be paid to take care of your laundry.

Handsome accommodation with large, lovely garden terrace overlooking the sea   ,living-dining room very comfortably outfitted (could sleep 1 person), equipped kitchen.2 bedrooms-one with king one with twins, 2 ensuite bathrooms ,one with shower, one with tub and shower). Washing machine is for maid’s use only. Linen change and cleaning once a week

C-507-C    Accommodates: 2 + (Can easily be rented with Ref C-507-B- next door.)
Lovely apartment facing house with glorious views. All rooms have balconies overlooking the sea.  The attractive living room has a sofa bed. There is an adjoining fitted kitchen,  master bedroom with kind and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. There is a second bathroom with shower . There is a terrace bathed in sunlight all day with table and chairs for alfresco dining and  deck chairs.  There is a washing machine.

TWO TERRACES  AND INCREDIBLE VIEWS

A delightful apartment with two terraces, one overlooking romantic Positano and the Tirennean sea below , the other a protected side dining terrace.  This is a  perfect setting for one couple but can comfortably accommodate a youngster or adult guest..  There are 90 easy steps from the street level to your front door (with occasional landings) and well worth the trip up. The views are fantastic both day and night. The location is terrific...in the center of Positano walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops, hotels, banks, beach.  The accommodations comprise: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms :one with queen opening to terrace, and one single bedroom, 2 bathrooms one with tub/shower and one with stall shower, living-dining room and an  eat-in kitchen.  Maid service on prior arrangement.
