18th/19th CENTURY VILLA WITH POOL AND TENNIS COURT Villa Schifanoia, not far from Citta di Castello, is an incredibly lovely "Old World" villa in a magnificent parkland within easy reach of Umbria's hilltop towns as well as Florence. The grounds are very beautiful and include an all-weather tennis court, pool and pool house. This tastefully furnished home is enhanced by original frescoes on vaulted ceilings and most doors. The main living areas open to the entrance courtyard where, in summer, one can enjoy alfresco dining. There are two drawing rooms, 8 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. A billiard room and cozy TV room provide indoor enjoyment. The owner's excellent housekeeper, resident within the estate, is to be hired by tenants for chores.
