| DELUXE UMBRIAN COUNTRY HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL AND TENNIS COURT Spacious, very comfortable country house in a big, tree-filled garden just ten minutes drive from the beautiful medieval village of Todi and 20 minutes from Orvieto. The setting is lush and lovely with views over the River Tiber from the edge of the garden. In the vicinity you will find a riding club, golf club and a tennis club for lessons and/or socializing. There are plenty of good country restaurants to be enjoyed and endless sightseeing possibilities. Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Rome and Florence are easily reached in a couple of hours. A perfect home for a large family or five couples, the villa accommodates up to ten people in its 5 Bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms. The swimming pool measures 20 x 40 feet and the private tennis courts have night lights. Other amenities include barbecue, stereo, game room, washing machine, TV and VCR. Plenty of services are available on arrangement: cook, maid, driver, catered meals from a local farm, private Italian tutor or babysitter. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. |
