The stone walls keep it cool even in warm summer months .Terra cotta floors and beamed ceilings add to its charm. Here you can enjoy the Chianti countryside yet be within walking distance to the nearest village where you will find markets, general store and cafes. Within short drive are larger towns with abundant facilities, as well as tennis and horseback riding. Florence is 40 miles north easily reached via the A-1 autoroute, Siena 25 miles west, and Arezzo 15 miles each.

House amenities include: Broadband Wi.Fi Internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, sound system, 2 working fireplaces. Services of the owner's housemaid is included once a week for a couple of hours for cleaning and bedmaking. Additional service can on arrangement.

The villa is perfect for a family of six with grown children or for two couples.

The accommodations, on split levels, comprise: Spacious loggia with protected alfresco dining, two story living room, study, gourmet kitchen with centuries old hearth and dining area with table to seat up to 14, breakfast patio, 3 bedrooms: two with queen size bed each and one with a double bed, 2 bathrooms..one with tub, one with shower.
