The estate produces olive oil and red wine which is available to guests for purchase directly. The famous walled-in town of Lucca is just 4 kilometers away (great antique market every third weekend). Walking distance from the villa is a good coffee shop which serves delicious coffee, pastry and ice cream. Nearest grocer and supermarket just 3 kms away and very good restaurants and trattorie are within a short drive.
