kilometer from a small village, 20 kms from Pisa airport, 40 from Lucca, and just 60 from Florence and the beaches of Tuscany just 30 minutes away. The villa is perfect for two couples ,a family of 8 and specially for a honeymoon.
There are several charming sitting rooms opening to terrace or balconies. There is a terrace in front and a dining terrace in the rear facing fruit and pine trees. The bedrooms are in two wings with a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a garden level powder room , formal dining room, and eat-in kitchen. Rental includes cleaning service 6 days a week. The estate caretaker /gardener is usually available for tennis lessons.
