"HACIENDA VALDEZ" is a luxurious, Spanish style villa located in the tropical paradise of Casa de Campo Resort, perfect for 6 couples or families. It is set in beautiful gardens with a view of the ocean and the "teeth of the championship golf course" between the house and the sea. Hole #3 is in front of the villa. The estate beach is just a five minute stroll away. This privately owned residence is stylishly furnished with spacious rooms throughout, cool tile floors and beamed ceilings. La Romana International Airport is within a 10 minute drive. Fly from New York in 3 hours, 1½ hours from Miami, and ½ hour from Puerto Rico.
The house is divided into three wings, which include the main living area, kitchen, and two bedroom wings each with two air-conditioned bedroom suites, which lead out to the swimming pool (36 x18 ft) and Jacuzzi and the sun terrace with chaise lounges and fantastic sea views. On the second floor there are two additional air-conditioned bedroom suites and a living room overlooking the golf course and sea. The poolside gazebo is ideal for outdoor dining and entertainment. The living and dining area is complimented by a large open air pavilion for alfresco living and dining.

Casa de Campo: The resort complex offers 13 clay tennis courts, three
18-hole golf courses, equestrian center, polo club, skeet and trip shooting
center, and an built Italian style marina, deep sea fishing, 12 restaurants, spa
and health center, bars and disco. Five minutes from the resort is Alto de
Chavon, replica of a medieval village, where you find artists galleries,
restaurants, church, shopping and a plaza overlooking the Chavon River.
