Sugar Bay house is a traditional West Indian style villa, one of the loveliest on St. Croix, set on a hillside with panoramic views. The property is built in two pavilions fronting the large pool deck and its alfresco dining cabana.  It holds up to 8 persons and is available for weddings.  

Main Pavilion includes a  Great Room with vaulted ceilings, dining area, kitchen, air-conditioned master suite plus two air-conditioned guest bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.

The Guest Pavilion has a second air-conditioned master bedroom with sitting area and ensuite bathroom.  French doors open from all rooms to the sweeping pool deck.

Amenities:   Satellite TV, DVD player, VCR, CD/tape player, digital radio channels, Ipod docking station, books, games, movie collection, DSL Internet connection,WiFi for your laptop, fax, 2 wet bars, bathrobes, hair dryers, gas grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, baby crib Maid service is provided once a week.
