"Kismet" is a fabulous villa set atop Maria's bluff with panoramic views.including glorious sunrise and sunset. A spacious , fully screened, air-conditioned home with a Built in three pavilions there are five bedroom suites in two of the pavilions each with satellite TV and 6 adjustable seats for viewing ., plus a third pavilion with Great Room , living and dining area, a movie theater with 50 inch screen and a large collection of movies on laser discs, and gormet kitchen. All three pavilions open to a tiled courtyard with sparkling pool and hot tub.The gardens are lush and tropical. Additional amenities: DVD player, VCR, CD player with speakers in living room and outdoors, radio, music collection, books, computer with Internet access, lap top Internet access for your Laptop[ in every bedroom, printer, fax + answering machine, safes for valuables,billiard table room with two day bed, dart board, bathrobes, slippers and hair dryer in every bedroom., maid service daily.

"Coco de Mer" is a luxurious hilltop villa for ten adults built in three pavilions connected by tropical walkways in the exclusive Peter Bay enclave. The main pavilion houses a great room, state of the art kitchen and columned terrace overlooking the turquoise waters of St. John. Alongside the main house and dramatic terraced pool area is a two level pavilion with air-conditioned king suite. On a lower garden level is the third pavilion with three lovely air-conditioned bedroom suites, and a shaded exercise area with powder room and shower. A trek down the hill is the beautiful, white sand beach of the National Park. Each pavilion has cable TV, VCR, CD/tape player, radio, games gas grill, and answering machine. Maid service is provided twice a week. Coco de Mar is also available for weddings. (smoking is not permitted). |
